The LastMile AI team has joined Meta Superintelligence Labs

tl;dr: The LastMile AI team is now part of the Product and Applied Research organization at Meta Superintelligence Labs.

We're excited to announce that late last year, the LastMile AI team joined Meta to help push the frontier of an AI-native enterprise building agents for executives and knowledge workers.

As LLM capabilities advanced exponentially, our vision at LastMile expanded with it. We became obsessed with long-running agents that can operate for days, weeks and even months, running in the cloud and interconnected with webs of other agents. We called this emerging architecture a cognitive computer, and we are seeing embers of this new layer emerge with sandboxes, managed agents and dynamic workflows.

We're incredibly proud of what our small team built, and are excited to pursue this vision at Meta scale. We have the opportunity to work with visionary leaders like Henry Erskine Crum and Gareth Reakes within Meta Superintelligence Labs to build agents for meaningful executive workflows.

We are grateful for the camaraderie of our team, and the support from our customers, investors, as well as friends who believed in us from the beginning.
